Store in a cool (0–25°C), dry and well ventilated environment free from sparks and frost

For GEL and AGM Ready, manage stock rotation and check voltage regularly

Use the specially-developed Exide EBT Bike tester for the most accurate results

Regular maintenance during use

Check the voltage regularly

>

Check cables, clamps and the rest of the battery for obvious signs of damage or loose connections

Clean terminals and connectors and apply pole grease as necessary

For Conventional, check the electrolyte level and refill water when necessary. And make sure the exhaust outlet is free of kinks and clogs

Long resting period between uses

Disconnect electrical equipment and fully charge the battery

>

Check the voltage every month for Conventional and every 3 months for AGM, AGM Ready and GEL batteries
